摘要:: 苏丹BK等温原油管道是由我国石油企业投资并管理运行的海外原油管道,具有区域代表性和典型性、文章综合考虑管道日常调度、季节性调度、上下游协调、清管与检测、应急反应等作业环节,结合当地政治、环境态势,采取最佳的调度措施,使得该海外管道运行更安全更高效。
The BIB isothermal crude oil pipeline as an overseas investment and management pipeline is considered to be regional representative and typical in Sudan. The dispatching of the pipeline is optimized for safety and high efficiency by considering routine dispatching, seasonal dispatching, upstream and downstream coordination, pigging and inspection, emergency response, that are combined with local politics, environment, etc.
