- 文章以尼日尔原油管道投产为例,介绍了工程背景,描述了投产总体必备条件和具体必备条件,较详实阐述了原油管道投产的关键点操作方法,总结了尼日尔原油管道工程投产方案,此方案的实施经验可为今后的工程投产提供借鉴。
Abstract:Taking the crude oil pipeline in Niger as an example, this article introduces its engineering background, overall and specific essential conditions of its commissioning.
