摘要:: 苏丹某高黏原油管道泵站采用柴油机驱动的螺杆泵机组作为动力源,文章分析了该泵机组工作特性,根据实际情况确定了最佳工况,并以此为依据总结了保证泵站安全、平稳运行的优化工艺法,归纳了紧急情况应对法、判断运行状态五步法和操作技巧十二法,为类似输油管道的运行管理提供了参考。
Abstract:The pump station of a high -viscosity crude oil pipeline in Sudan adopts screw pump unit driven by diesel engine. This article analyzes work performance of this pump unit, determines its beat work condition in accordance with actual situation, and summarizes optimized process for safe and smooth operation of the pump station, generalizes the emergency response method as well as "five steps” for determining operation state and "twelve operation skills". It provides reference for operation management of similar crude oil pipelines.
