- 对石油工程EPC建设项目施工后期的四项关键性工作,即预试运、试运、投产和性能测试的具体工作内容进行整合并汇总,形成具有一定指导意义的工作流程及工作纲领,便于相关工作人员进行总体规划控制和具体操作。
