- 油气管道工程试运、投产是一项复杂的系统工程,它是在有限时间和空间范围内,将工程所涉及电气、仪表自动化设备、通讯设备、工艺管道、阀门与工艺设备及公用系统按照其内部逻辑关系进行系统地调试和引入待输介质的过程,是验证各专业系统和设备是否满足或达到设计要求的过程。文章以阿布扎比原油管道工程实施过程为例,阐述了规范化、系统化的国际高端石油工程试运投产活动的组织、实施特点、方法及意义。
Commissioning and start-up of oil and gas pipelines is a complicated system engineering, which is the course of systematically regulating electric instrumentation and automation system,communication system,process pipelines,valves and process equipment and utility system in limited time and space according to their internal logic relations and the medium to be transported, and is the course of verifying whether the performances of professional systems and equipment meeting design requirements or not.
