- 针对油田游梁式抽油机几十年传统配电运行过程中普遍存在的系统效率低的状况,在陇东油田产能建设中首次采用了1.14kV电压等级代替传统的0.4kV供电方式,电压提高了2倍,电流降低了2/3,低压线路损耗降低到原来线损的1/9,供电半径延长3倍。这样既减少了线路损耗,延长了供电半径,又有效抑制了偷电、盗窃用电设备的非法行为,具有节电、防盗双重效果。现在该技术在长庆油田得到普遍应用。
In order to overcome the problem of low system efficiency of beam pumping unit using traditional electric distribution power, which has existed for decades in oilfield, high voltage level of 1.14 kV is used for pumping unit to replace traditional 0.4 kV power supply in Longdong Oilfield for the first time. By this power supply mode, the line consumption reduces 8/9, the power supply radius extends 3 times, and pilferage actions are effectively deterred.
