摘要:: 在兰银管道工程建设中,通过认真研究和大量的实践,总结出了一套有效的X70钢管道冬季焊接和防腐的技术措施,包括焊前预热、焊接中防风保温、焊后和返修保温缓冷、补口作业的除湿和保温等,给今后管道工程高强钢管的冬季焊接和防腐施工提供了借鉴。
Through deepening research and large amounts of practical work, a set of technical measures of welding and anticorrosion for winter construction of Lan -Yin Pipeline are summarized including preheating before welding, wind -proof and heat preservation during welding, heat preservation and cooling delay after welding and during repair, dehumidifying and thermal insulation for field joint. This experience provides a reference for future winter welding and anticorrosion constructions of X70 high strength steel pipes.
