- EPC项目管理模式下的设计现场服务管理,对于保持设计和主要相关部门如采办、施工部门的缜密配合与沟通,保证工程建设项目的高质量完成,具有重要的作用。文章结合兰银管道工程实际,论述了现场服务管理机构的建立和职责、设计服务的范围、设计服务程序、现场文件管理、现场设计服务周报和月报的编写、管道工程的变更管理等。
The design field service management under EPC project management mode plays an important role in holding close cooperation and communication between the design unit and its related units such as procurement unit and construction unit, and in guaranteeing the high quality completion of the project.
