兰银输气管道EPC施工图设计管理及设计风险的分析与防范

摘要:: 做好EPC项目工程施工图的设计管理、设计风险的分析与防范,对降低工程成本、提高工程质量具有重要意义。文章结合兰银管道工程实际,论述了EPC施工图设计的管理流程及范围,施工图设计的策划、控制、结束过程的管理,线路方案、线路与站场接口、隧道、水土保持、管沟土石方量、施工图航测、竣工图绘制等设计风险的分析与防范等。
Improving the construction drawing design management and design risk analysis and prevention has significance to reduce engineering cost and improve engineering quality. Combined with the engineering practice of Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, some problems regarding the EPC project construction drawing design are discusses, including the design management flow and range, the process managements of design planning, control and accomplishment, the design risk analysis and prevention of pipeline route scheme,interconnection of route and station, tunnel, water and soil preservation, amount of trench earthwork, aerial survey for construction drawings, completion drawings, and so on.
