摘要:: 为增强施工单位的风险承担能力,各施工单位对保险理赔应有较全面的认识。文章以兰银管道工程2次暴雨洪灾保险理赔为例,从工程保险理赔实施程序、掌握保险条款内容、保险公司提出理赔条款、被保险单位牵头准备好理赔资料、保险理赔谈判等方面,阐述了在EPC项目管理模式下,工程保险案件发生后,分包商单位等如何组织人员配合、参与做好理赔工作。
In order to improve risk bearing capacity, construction enterprises should understand more about insurance claim. Taking the insurance claim issues of two rainstorm and flood disasters in Lan -Yin Pipeline Project for example, this paper expatiates on how the subcontractors organize personnel cooperating and participating in claim issues under EPC management mode after engineering insurance case happen. The details include execution procedure of project insurance claim, mastering insurance clauses, offering claim clauses by insurance company and preparing claim documents by insured units, and insurance claim negotiation.
