- 企业文化是做好工程项目建设和管理的精神力量,1T+2C管理模式下的EPC团队文化建设是一个新课题。文章从兰银管道项目的文化定位、CPP文化传承、兰银管道项目EPC团队文化建设体系、兰银管道项目精神和口号、兰银管道项目文化建设实践等方面,阐述了兰银管道EPC项目部以CPP企业文化为支撑,结合项目实际推行的有企业特色的项目文化。兰银线项目文化凝聚了参建员工的思想和精神,保障了项目的顺利实施。
Enterprise culture is a spiritual power to carry out engineering project construction and management, and EPC team culture construction under 1T + 2C management mode is a new subject.
