兰银管道工程EPC总承包方的文控管理实践

摘要:: EPC总承包模式下的文控管理,与传统的管理模式有着本质区别,必须紧密结合项目实际,做到及时、准确地传递信息,科学、合理、高效地进行资料管理。文章结合兰银管道EPC总承包项目的实践,阐述了做好文控工作要采取组建高水平文控管理团队、搭建现代化信息交流平台、建立科学高效的工作制度、建立科学合理的传递流程、建立信息管理程序等措施。
The file control management under EPC general contract mode is essentially different from that of traditional management mode. It must combine project practice tightly and transfer information timely and accurately, carry out information management scientifically, reasonably and high effectively. Associated with the EPC general contract practice in Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, this paper expatiates on establishing high level file control management team, constructing modern information communication platform,establishing scientific and high effective working system, scientific and reasonable transfer flow and information management procedure to improve file control work.
