- 竣工资料是基本建设项目的重要技术档案,是建设项目进行竣工验收的重要内容,也是工程建成投产后生产运营、维护、检修及改造、扩建的主要依据和必查文件资料。竣工资料的内容直接反映工程的施工内容和施工质量,是工程施工管理的重要环节。全面、系统、完整、准确地收集、整理竣工资料是项目管理的一项重要任务。文章介绍了PMT+PMC+EPC模式下施工分包商在竣工资料管理方面的一些经验和做法,可为其他工程的竣工资料管理工作提供参考。
Data of completed project are important technical records of infrastructural construction project,which construct the important contents of final acceptance of construction project, and are the main basis and documents needed examining for project production, maintenance, inspection, repair, reformation and extension.Data of completed project reflect directly the construction work and quality and are important link of the construction management. Comprehensive, systematic, integral and exact collection and sortation of completed project data are important tasks of project management.
