- 结合兰州—银川管道工程实践,论述了管道工程EPC总承包模式下试运投产的组织管理过程,由于试运投产工作参与单位较多,所以明确各自的职责、进行有效的协作非常重要。文章从组织协调、成立试运投产部、编制试运投产管理文件及方案和作业指导书、投产准备等方面介绍了管道工程试运投产的协调管理工作。
Based on the engineering practice of Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, this paper discusses the organization and management of pipeline project commissioning under EPC general contract mode, stresses the importance of defining responsibility of each partners and conducting effective coordination among the partners.
