- 文章在阐述工程项目目标成本管理与控制的一般方法的基础上,结合兰银管道工程实际,从人员、材料、设备、工期成本控制,采用新技术控制成本,分包成本控制等方面,论述了在保证工期和满足质量要求的情况下,把工程施工中所消耗的各种资源和费用控制在计划成本范围之内的方法,保证了成本目标的实现,创造了较好的经济效益。
This paper introduces common methods of object cost control for engineering projects.
