- EPC施工部担负兰银管道的技术管理职责,做好新技术管理模式下的技术管理工作是工程质量、进度、经济效益的可靠保证。文章结合工程实际,论述了工程技术管理的分级模式及从方案的起草到实施的全过程,多角度分析了技术文件现场实施的影响因素和控制点,以及如何对技术的现场实施过程进行监督,保证技术方案的严格落实等。
The technical management responsibility of Lan-Yin Pipeline Project was taken on by the EPC Construction Department, which was essential to guarantee the project quality, schedule and economic benefit.Based on the engineering practice, this paper discusses the hierarchical management mode and the whole process from drawing out plan to implementation, analyzes the influence factors affecting field implementation of technical files and key control points from multi perspectives, and indicates how to carry out supervising and ensure putting technical plan into effect.2009,S2(S2): 23-25 收稿日期:2009-8-1分类号:F273作者简介:张海力(1981-),男,河北廊坊人,工程师,2004 年毕业于西南石油学院建筑工程专业,一直从事管道施工技术管理工作
