P3软件在兰银管道工程中的应用

摘要:: 采用P3软件可对兰银输气管道工程的进度、投资成本情况进行动态管理,并可将工程的现行进度与目标管理有机地联系到一起。文章在阐述了管道工程计划管理的特点及管理软件的应用的基础上,论述了P3软件在兰银工程中的功能定位,P3进度计划在工程中应用的编制要点、执行情况、存在的问题、建议,以及P3软件与EXP合同事务管理软件的结合应用等。
The software P3 can be applied to perform dynamic management of schedule and investment/cost of Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline Project and can link project current progress with object management.This paper describes the features of pipeline project plan management and application of management software, then discusses functional orientation of the software P3 in Lan-Yin Pipeline Project, key points of schedule plan compiling with P3, plan implementation, existing problems and proposals, as well as combined application of the software P3 with the contract affair management software EXP.
