- 中石油股份公司在兰银输气管道工程中首次采用了PMT+PMC+EPC管理模式,做好EPC施工管理工作需根据工程实际并按新模式的要求采取措施。文章阐述了通过采取建立明确的项目责任体系、完善落实EPC程序文件、规范现场管理、召开专项会议解决技术难题、建立强有力的工程建设指挥协调系统、加强服务与培训工作、加强参建各方的沟通与协调等措施,做好EPC的施工管理工作。
Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline Project adopted the PMT + PMC + EPC mode for the first time in China pipeline construction. Implementation of EPC construction management needs making close relation with engineering practice and adopting measures according to the new mode requirements.
