- 文章结合兰银管道工程建设的实践,重点阐述了EPC管道工程进度计划的编制、实际进展的测量、项目进展的报告内容、进度控制的过程和方法等,并指出在项目实施中,应将计划进度和实际进度间的平衡作为进度管理的关键环节。
In Lan-Yin Pipeline Project, the project schedule was managed elaborately. On the schedule plan compiling, actual progress examination, contents of project progress report, schedule control process and methods, etc. are expatiated.
