- 所有工程项目的实施都是以合同为标准进行的,合同关系是建设工程项目中最基本的关系。兰银线是国内第一次采用PMT+PMC+EPC管理模式的工程项目。在EPC工程项目的实施过程中,EPC总包商和分包商都面临着大量的合同,合同管理是一项重要而复杂的工作。文章从总包商在兰银管道工程建设中合同管理的原则、管理阶段以及分包商从投标到施工过程中的各项管理等方面,详细论述了EPC项目下总包商与分包商合同管理的特点。
Contract relationship is the most basic relationship for an engineering construction project, and engineering project implementation relies on contract. Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline Project was the first pipeline project to adopt PMT + PMC + EPC mode in China, in which EPC general contractor and subcontractors had to face lots of contracts and a large amount of complicated work.
