- 兰银输气管道采用了1T+2C管理架构,在新架构下进行管理运作需明确参建各方的职责范围和EPC项目管理方法。文章从参建各方的管理范围与职责、项目控制的计划管理、施工图设计管理、采购管理、Q/HSE管理、投资管理、风险管理、EPC项目管理的程序、人员培训、工程质量的核准、施工过程的监督、工程管理的信息化等方面,阐述了兰银输气管道工程的1T+2C管理方式。
