摘要:: 住宅防水层采用防水材料防止水从孔、缝中渗透,孔有毛细孔和可见小孔洞,缝有微细裂纹和动态变化的可见缝。设防时不但要能防止水渗透,还要求防水耐久,受外力损害作用时也不会出现渗漏。文章结合锦华小区工程,较全面地介绍了住宅防水层的设计及具体做法。
Waterproof materials are used in residential buildings to prevent water infiltration from holes and slots. The holes include capillary pores and visible small holes, and slots include minute cracks and visible changing slots. Waterproof design should prevent the waterproof layer from water infiltration enduringly and no infiltration occurs again under outside force action. Combining with Jinghua Zone Project, this paper describes the design and concrete practice of waterproof layer of residential building in considerably comprehensive way.
