住宅建筑中的细节设计

摘要:: 结合胜利油田锦华新区居住小区的设计,阐述了建筑空间设计的人文性特点、住宅各功能空间(包括卧室、起居室、卫生间、厨房、餐厅、储藏室和阳台)的细节设计以及住宅设备(包括门窗、供排水、供电热气和通风)的有关问题,使住宅设计更符合生态环境和健康安全的要求。
Associated with the residential quarter design of Jinhua New Zone in Shengli Oilfield, this paper expatiates on the humanity characteristics of architectural space design and the detailed design of each residence functional space including bedroom, living room, toilet, kitchen, dinning-room, closet and balcony, as well as the detailed design of residential facilities including door and window, ventilation, water supply and drainage, supplies of electricity, heat and gas. Thus the residential design meets the requirements of ecologic environment, health and safety more strictly.
