工程项目投标报价中的风险防范

摘要:: 工程投标报价是工程投标的核心,只有编制出合理的报价,才有可能在竞争中取得优势,获得效益。文章从投标报价价格风险、工程量风险、合同缔约风险等文献分析了影响投标报价的风险因素,又从研究招标文件、工程投标成本分析、预留风险储备费、审查工程量清单报价等方面介绍了投标中风险防范的具体措施。
Bidding quotation is the core of engineering bidding. Only compiling rational quotation can the predominance and benefit be taken. This paper analyses the risk factors based on many documents about bidding quotation risk, engineering quantity risk and contracting risk, then introduces concrete measures of bidding risk precaution in aspects of studying bidding documents, analyzing engineering bidding cost, reserving risk reserve fee and examining bill of engineering quality.
