摘要:: 长输管道投资项目的前期投资估算及经济评价是投资决策前十分重要的工作,关系到整个项目的经济性。文章根据长输管道项目的特点,介绍了编制投资估算及经济评价的具体做法及注意事项,并列举了工程实例。
Prophase investment estimation and economic evaluation are very important steps prior to making investment decision, which relate the economy of whole project. Based on the features of long -distance pipeline projects, the concrete compiling methods of investment estimation and economic evaluation as well points for attention are described in this paper together with some examples of actual pipeline projects.
