- 在大规模的长输管道建设中,经常会出现施工费用超概算的现象,针对长输管道线路工程投资控制情况,分析了影响长输管道线路工程投资的因素,同时对投资控制提出一些建议及对策,包括实行限额设计、采用固定单价合同、控制现场签证等具体措施。
In large scale pipeline projects, the cases of construction cost exceeding budgetary estimation occur frequently. In allusion to investment control problems of long-distance pipeline route engineering, this paper analyses the factors affecting route engineering investment.
