提高孤东油田东一区注水系统效率的途径

- 文章分析了孤东油田东一区注水系统效率低的原因,认为主要是由注水泵效率低和注水管网效率低造成的。据此,提出了调整泵站运行参数,改变流程,严把大修质量关,调整注水管网等措施,从而减小注水泵压0.79 MPa,注水泵效率由73.64%提高到78.10%,注水管网效率由67.65%提高到74.50%,注水单耗降低了0.61 kW.h/m3。
The causes of low efficiency of water injecting system at East-1 Block of Gudong Oilfield were analyzed. The main causes were considered as low efficiency of the water injecting pumps. Hereby the measures such as adjusting operation parameters of pump station, altering process flow, ensuring overhaul quality and adjusting water injecting pipeline network were brought forward. Thus the water injecting pressure was decreased by 0.79 MPa; the water injecting pump efficiency was boosted from 73.64 % to 78.10 %; the water injecting pipeline network efficiency was increased from 67.65 % to 74.50 %; the unit water injecting power consumption was reduced by 0.61 kW·h/m3.2009,s1(s1): 169-170 收稿日期:2009-3-6分类号:TE357.6作者简介:刘金凤(1971-),女,山东无棣人,工程师,2005年毕业于中国石油大学,主要从事油田注水工程设计工作。
