- 段塞流捕集器是位于管道出口和下游油气处理设备之间的油气初级分离设备,在最大液塞到达时,可有效分离和捕集段塞内液体,防止分离器内液位过高,确保下游设备正常工作,消除段塞体进入捕集器带来的冲击力,完成油气水初步分离。文章介绍了段塞流捕集器的工作原理及结构设计。
Slug-flow catcher is the oil and gas primary separation facility located between pipeline outlet and downstream oil and gas treatment equipment. It separates and catches the liquid in slug effectively while maximum liquid slug is coming, thus preventing the liquid level in the separator from being too high. Therefore it can ensure normal operation of downstream equipment, eliminate the impact force occurred as the slug entering the catcher and accomplish primary separation of oil gas and water.
