油田采出水的密闭隔氧处理技术

- 油田采出水含盐高、水温高、氯离子含量高,并含有H2S、CO2等腐蚀性气体和硫酸盐还原菌等,水性复杂,在含氧的条件下,腐蚀结垢十分严重。对油田采出水进行密闭隔氧是保证油田采出水系统长期安全生产的重要措施。文章总结了油田采出水密闭处理技术和运行经验,论述了调压阀式天然气密闭、低压气柜式天然气密闭的特点和应用条件,提出了密闭方式的选择和设计计算方法、参数以及安全注意事项。
Oilfield produced water has complex water properties owing to its high salinity level, high temperature, having SRB and corrosive gases such as H2S and CO2, and there exist serious phenomena of corrosion and fouling in oxygenous condition. To take the measure of hermetic oxygen exclusion for oilfield produced water is important to ensure safe production of the water system over a long period of time. This paper summarizes the technique and operation experience of the hermetic oxygen exclusion technigue, discusses the characteristics and applicable conditions of the pressure control valve type natural gas hermetization and the low pressure gasholder type natural gas hermetization, and puts forward the selection of hermetic mode, design calculation method and relevant parameters as well as security issues for attention.2009,s1(s1): 153-157 收稿日期:2009-3-6分类号:TE357.61作者简介:高金庆(1965-),男,山东博兴人,高级工程师,1987年毕业于青岛理工大学,主要从事油田地面建设工艺配管设计管理工作。
