- 按以往的常规做法,胜利埕岛油田采油平台的上部组块和设备房是各自在陆上预制而后在海上安装的,海上两次吊装的工作量大,精度较难控制。为此,应用SACS软件对采油平台上部组块和设备房吊装进行了优化设计,采用吊装框架实现上部组块和设备房的整体吊装,有效地缩短了海上安装时间,降低了工程投资。
In traditional way, the upper module and equipment house of a production platform are made in land separately and installed at sea respectively. Workload of the two installation operations at sea is great. Therefore, the software SACS is used for optimal hoisting design of the platform upper module and the equipment house and it is decided to utilize a hoisting frame to carry out an integrated hoisting of the platform upper module and equipment house.
