- 在海上平台生产中,井口区域的安全对海上产油平台的安全生产和平稳运行起着至关重要的作用。井口区域安全控制的核心部件是井口控制盘,在井上或井下出现异常情况时,如压力突然增高,出现火情等,井口控制盘会自动关闭阀门,防止事故的发生和蔓延,对生产设施起到安全保护作用。文章介绍了井口控制盘的分类和主要功能。
In offshore platform production, security of wellhead zone is essential for safe production and stable operation of an offshore platform. Wellhead control panel is the core part of security control of the wellhead zone, which is able to close valves automatically when abnormal conditions happen on surface or indownhole such as pressure suddenly increasing or fire. Thus the accidents could be avoided or stopped and the production equipment is protected.
