单螺杆泵的特点分析及其在海油陆采平台的选型设计

摘要:: 随着油田地面集输工艺的发展和机械制造行业的日趋成熟,单螺杆泵作为一种非常有特点的容积式泵,在油气混输方面的应用越来越广泛。结合胜利油田垦东12区块油气物性特点,分析了该区块1号海油陆采平台地面工程中采用的单螺杆泵的特点及选型设计方法。
Along with the development of surface gathering and transportation technology and the maturation of mechanical manufacturing industry, single screw pumps, as a particular kind of displacement pumps, are widely applied in oil and gas mixed transportation more and more. Associated with the oil and gas physical properties at Kendong 12 Block, the characteristics and type selection design methods of the single screw pumps used in the surface engineering of the land development mode of offshore crude oil are analyzed.
