埕岛油田海底管道建设安全问题的思考

- 埕岛油田特殊的地理位置、海底地质条件、复杂的管网布置及其使用年限(主要涉及腐蚀问题),加上人为因素(抛锚、盗油等),给海底管道安全运行带来较大隐患及风险。文章结合埕岛油田海底管道运行现状,分析了海底管道存在的主要安全隐患,并提出了改进措施,如对管道进行定期检测,发现安全隐患及时处理,采用挠性软管,开发海底管道安全保障系统。
The special geophysical location and subsea geological condition, complicated pipeline network collocation and limited service life that depends mainly on corrosion problems as well as human factors such as dropping anchors and stealing oil, bring out hidden troubles and risks for the safe operation of subsea pipelines. In combination with the current status of subsea pipeline operation in Chengdao Oilfield, this paper analyses the main hidden safety troubles and puts forward improvement measures such as conducting periodicinspection, dealing with safety trouble without delay, utilizing flexible pipes and developing security system of subsea pipeline.2009,s1(s1): 83-87 收稿日期：2009-3-6分类号：TE58作者简介：刘锦昆（1967-），男，江苏靖江人，高级工程师，1990年毕业于大连理工大学，硕士，从事海洋工程的结构设计、科研工作，目前在中国石油大学攻读博士学位。
