- 现有的电化学和红外光学等传感器,由于使用寿命短、频繁定标和易受干扰等原因,不适用于封闭隧道内运行管道的安全监测。针对普光高含硫天然气管道穿越隧道段现场的特点,研制出基于可调谐半导体激光光谱的隧道用CH4-H2SS泄漏激光检测仪器,主要检测指标:灵敏度20×10-6,响应时间小于1 s,遥测距离1 km。文章介绍了该检测仪器的工作原理、技术方案及试验效果。
Existing electrochemical sensors and infrared light sensors are not suitable for pipeline safety monitoring in closed tunnels because of their disadvantages such as short service life, frequent calibration needed and being sensitive to interference. Aimed at the field characteristics where the Puguang acid gas pipeline passes through the tunnel, a CH4 -H2SS leakage laser monitor instrument based on tunable semiconductor laser spectrum has been developed for tunnel usage. Its main detection specifications are as follows: sensitivity 20×106, response time < 1 s, telemetering distance 1 km.
