- 由于鲁皖成品油管道较长,沿途经济活动频繁,大量管段与高压线交叉或平行敷设,受到的干扰腐蚀较为严重。文章介绍了杂散电流对埋地管道的影响、杂散电流干扰的综合测试内容及测试结果。根据交流干扰调查测试的结果,对交流干扰电压大于15V的管段采取措施排流,通过采取钳位式排流和锌合金牺牲阳极排流措施,有效控制了管道的腐蚀,保证了管道安全运行。
Because economic activities along the long Shandong-Anhui Product Pipeline are busy and lots of the pipeline sections have been laid across high tension line or in parallel to it, the interference corrosions are severe. The effect of stray current on buried pipeline and the comprehensive detection methods of stray current are illustrated. Based on the investigation on AC interference, the current drainage measures have been adopted for the pipeline sections with AC interference voltage great than 15 V.
