- 根据工程设计实践,对SPS和TGNET软件在天然气输送工艺模拟和计算中的差异进行了对比分析,分别介绍了两款软件的功能和特点,SPS软件在输气工艺核算中精度较高,但操作较复杂,且需要依赖编辑语言;TGNET软件在输气工艺核算中精度稍差,但界面友好,较易掌握。文章结合工程设计实例,采用SPS、TGNET软件和规范3种途径对普光—利川段管道以及3座压气站进行了输气工艺比较。
On the basis of engineering design practice, the discrepancy between software SPS and TGNET applied in process simulation and calculation of natural gas transportation is analyzed and discussed in this paper. SPS possesses higher precision in the process check computation, but its application operation is more complicated and has to rely on editorial language; TGNET possesses a friendly interface and is easy to master, but its precision in the process check computation is slightly lower.
