- 普光气田属典型的高含硫酸性气田,天然气高含H2S、CO2和水蒸气。文章在分析了地面集输系统主要腐蚀类型和管材抗腐蚀影响因素的基础上,提出管道的选材原则,并针对普光气田制订了管道的选材方案:抗硫碳钢+缓蚀剂用于普通段;抗硫碳钢+缓蚀剂和抗硫双金属复合管并列用于较安全段;抗腐蚀开裂的纯镍基合金用于集输管道的井口至ESDV阀段。
Puguang Gas Field is of typical high sulfurous gas field. Its gas contains high contents of H2SS, CO2 and vapor. After analyzing the major corrosion types of surface gathering system ( i.e. CO2 electrochemical corrosion and H2SS stress corrosion ) and the anticorrosion influence factors of pipeline materials, this paper puts forward the selection principle and schemes for wet natural gas pipeline materials i.e. (1) sulfate resistant carbon steel plus corrosion inhibitor; (2) pure nickel-based alloy of anti corrosion-cracking; (3) sulfate resistant bimetal composite pipe.
