- 射线探伤是球罐的常用探伤方法中需人力、物力最多,占用工时最长的-种方法,其透照底片要作为球罐焊缝内在质量的重要凭证而长期保存。本文简介了北京5千 m3天然气球罐的工程概况和射线探伤的特点,并就如何组织球罐施工现场的射线探伤作了全面介绍,其中包括:采用的探伤器材、球罐焊缝的划线、定位和编号、选取的曝光参数、摄片顺序、作业台班与人员的配置、透照前的准备、透照时机头的固定与移动、标记的摆放、射线防护、暗室处理、底片评定以及返修部位的划定。最后作者就如何组织好大型球罐的射线探伤谈了若干看法。
