- 本文分别研究了潮湿和低温有风环境对焊接接头质量的影响。在对扩散氢含量的变化及其与大气中水蒸汽分压之间的线性关系进行定量分析的基础上,给出了相应的经验公式并推导出标准状况与非标准状况下两者之间的关系式;通过现场实测 t8/5值,进行冲击韧性及金相试验,获得-系列试验数据,据以探讨环境低温及风速对焊接接头组织和机械性能的影响。最后得出具有实际指导意义的结论。
The influences of wet. low temperature and wind on welding quality is studied in this article.Based on the quantitative analysis. the linear relation between the contents of diffusive hydrogen and the by-pressure of atmospheric vapour. this article gives a available experimental formula. and furthermore a relationshipformular between standard and non-standard conditions is deduced.Using the value t8 5 taken in situ. the impact toughness test and metallography test have been carried out and got a series of data from which the influence of low tempera-lure of enviroment and wind velocity to the structure mechanics properties of Held are approached.At last the significance conclusion which has the practical guidence has been got.1987,6(6): 7-13参考文献:
