球壳冷成型对15 VIn VNR、15Mn VR正火钢板力学性能的影响

- 随着球型容器建造的大型化及向高精度、高质量的方向发展,球壳板的冷压成型正在被愈来愈广泛的应用。冷压成型与热压成型相比有着许多较明显的优点:可以大大简化工艺,改善劳动条件,可以使球瓣尺寸大型化而不受加热炉等条件的限制,可以提高球瓣的加工精度,尤其是使用正火板及调质板时不存在因钢板加热而使其力学性能改变的问题。但冷压成型时因塑性变形引起的冷作时效,会随着材质、加工方法、冷变形量等的不同而有程度上的差异。本文从生产实际出发,对不同的拉伸冷变形、压缩冷变形及球壳冷成型对15 MnVNR 及15MnVR 正火钢板力学性能的影响及该两种钢板的应变时效性能进行了较为系统的分析,并对鲍辛格效应的影响以及冷变形对冲击断口宏观和微观形貌的影响等作了初步探讨。
The cold forming technique of spherical shell is more and more widely used along with the spherical vessel development towards large diameter, high accuracy and high quality. Compared with hot forming, the cold forming has many advantages: more simple forming process, better operation condition, easy making of large sphe-rical segments and not restricted by the conditions of furnace etc, and higher processing accuracy of spherical segments. Especialy as the normalizing and quen- shed and tempered steel plates are used, any changes of the mechanics proper-ties would not take place due to heating steel plate.But when the plates are formed with cold process which can cause cold operation ageing as its plastic deforming, the ageing degrees are various with materials properties, process me-thuds and amount of cold deforming etc. Based on the practical production, the systematic analysis are given on the influence of tensile cold deformation, pressure cold deformation and cold forming of spherical shell on the mechanics properties of the 15MnVNR.15MnVR normali- zing steel plates in this article.The influences of Bosinge effect and cold deforming to the macroscopic and microscopic appearance of impact fracture also are discussed preliminarily.1987,6(6): 1-6参考文献:
