- 本文首先简明扼要地分析了焊接变形、焊接应力的主要形式及其对油罐产生的影响。并着重介绍了大连新港从日本引进的50000m~3双盘式浮顶油罐的设计施工特点及大型浮顶油罐的焊接技术。1.罐底板的焊接:针对日本焊接方法的某些问题,推荐了-种简便易行、效果显著的焊接方法——无点焊夹具的罐底板焊接法。2.内、外大角缝的焊接:组对点焊时,要先外侧,后内侧;在进行自动焊前要先进行手工焊封底,先焊内侧,后焊外侧;自动焊要先焊外侧,后焊内侧。3.罐壁板立缝的焊接:应注意焊渣的排出、焊丝的对准位置、液面高度以及电弧电压的调节、焊缝终点的处理。4.罐壁板横缝的焊接:要特别注意内外侧的第-层焊接,外侧第-层要焊透,内侧第-层要保证焊缝根部的熔合,焊丝瞄导位置要正确,避免选用大电流快速度的焊接规范。
In this article, the welding deformation, the main forms of welding stress and its inflluen-ce to the oil tank are first analysed in this article.Refering the construction and design characters oS the 50000m3 double decks floating roof oil tank introduced from Japan built in the new harbour of Daliang.some welding techniques are introduced; 1.For welding tank floor plates, in view of some problems in the Japanese welding甲ethod, a simple and effec-five unspot welding method is introduced. 2.Forinside and outside welding of acute fillet, first outside then inside for spot welding. Before automatical welding, the manual welding is adopted for back sealing, f i rst inside, then outside. For automatical welding, the procedure should be reversed, i. e. first outside, then inside.3. For vertical welding of tank wall:Great attention shonld be paid to the slag removing, the alignment position of welding wire, the liquid level and the regulation for arc voltage and the treatment of welding seam ends. 4.For the horizontal seam welding of tank wall; Special attention should be paid to the first pass welding both inside and outside, the outside first pass must be completely penetrated, the inside first pass must be guaranteed to provide the fusion of weld root.The alignment position of welding wire should be correct and the welding specification of strong current and quick welding should be avoided.1987,5(5): 20-31参考文献:
