- 本文主要介绍了下列几种吊耳的结构特点、应用条件及强度计算等问题:1.塔顶环式吊车;2.穿轴式吊耳;3.板式吊耳;4.管轴式吊耳;5.混合型吊耳。在强度计算中:塔顶环式吊耳,在塔设备卧态时,除应校核吊耳根部的抗弯强度外,还应校核螺栓的抗剪强度;支承板可按周边刚性固定受集中荷载的平板理论计算。穿轴式吊耳,除应校核吊轴的强度及稳定性外,还应考虑吊轴支点对塔端部封头的局部影响。板式吊耳,其强度计算包括耳板轴孔挤压、耳板剪切、吊轴弯曲等。管轴式吊耳可按短悬臂梁理论计算。带支撑杆系的混合式吊耳可简化成-次超静定结构,设支撑杆系是两端铰接的受拉杆件而后计算。
This article introduces mainly the structural characters .its applying conditions and strength calculation etc.of the following lifting lugs:l,ring type lifting lug at tower top;2.shaft-through type lifting lug; 3.plate type lifing lug;4.tube-shaft type lifting lug and 5.mixed type lifting lug. In strength calculation:for the ring type lifting lug, when the tower is in horizontal position. besides correcting the bending strength of the root of the lifting lug.the shearing strerglh of bolts should also be calculated.For the su pporti ng pla te. the theory of f 18 plate concentrically loaded and rigidly fixed at circumference can be used for calcula-tion. For the shaft-through type lifting lug, besides correcting the strength and the stability of.the lifting shaft, the local influences of the supporting point of the lifting shaft to the cap of tower top should also be considered. For the plate type lifting lug. the strength calculation should include the squeezeforoe of shaft hole, the shearing force of lifting lug and bending strength of lifting shaft etc. For the tube-shaft type lifting lug. calculation can be made ac-cording to the theory of short cantilever beam .For the mixed type lifting lug with sup-porting lever system, it can be simplified to linear static indetermination structure and calcu-laced as the articulated pull-rod.1987,5(5): 6-14
