防腐绝缘层的检漏电压

- 石油管道防腐绝缘层通孔的检测电压,只与涂层的厚度有关,而与通孔的形式无关。笔者对通孔的检漏电压,防腐层厚度,检漏电极形状之间关系进行了探讨,并对现行的检漏电压标准提出了不同意见。认为:在均匀电场中,无论是直流电压、交流电压(峰值),气隙击穿电压应该用 U=AS+BS0.5表示。根据 U=AS+BS0.5可以确定检测涂层通孔的检漏电压,并以此制定检漏电压标准。并且指出随着薄涂层在防腐工程上应用的增多,制定标准已是当务之急,并呈请有关职能部门给予注意。
The voltage for detecting holidays in anti-corrosive layer on oil pipeline arerelated to the thickness of the layer and not to the form of holidays.The authohas studied the relationship between the detected holidays, the thickness of anti-corrosivelayer and the pattern of detecting electrode and puts forward some suggestionsabout the detecting voltage specifications now applied. He considers that both DCand AC voltages and breakdown voltages of air space should be expressed byU=AS+BS0.5.The voltage for detecting holidays can be determined by this for-mula: The author also points out that at the present time, because of the rapidlyincreasing application of coating materials in construction field, establishment ofstandard is a matter of urgency The author also expects the authorities concerned should pay more attention to this problem.1987,4(4): 9-11参考文献:
