- SGH—1电焊条是冶金部建筑研究总院和石油部管道电焊条厂合作研制的新产品。该焊条是与高强度高韧性管线钢相匹配的焊接材料,它适用于 X 60和16Mn 等低合金高强度钢管线工程的低氢型全位置下行焊接,它填补了国内这方面的空白。它具有熔敷金属扩散氢含量小于50ml/100g、焊缝低温冲击韧性和抗裂性优良、施焊时电弧稳定、操作工艺性能符合要求、既能进行立向下行焊接、又能作全位置施焊等特点。各项性能与国外同类型的先进产品相近与相当。文章对该焊条的研制过程、基本性能及测试指标等作了综合论述。笔者认为该焊条对推广应用 X 60钢管材具有现实的技术经济意义。
This ne,w type SGH-1 electrode has been developed by the joint effort of the General Construction Institute of Metallurgical Industry Department and the Pipe-line Construction Bureau of Petroleum Industry Department. This electrode is an .ideal welding material used for welding pipe steel of high strength, high flexibility, such as X60 and 16Mn steel with low-hydrogen elec trode in vertical down - all-position. It fills the blank in such field within China and has following advantages: The amount of diffusible hydrogen is less than 500m1/100g it has good impact flexibility and crack resistance at low temperature and a rc stability in operation. Its operational performances meet the requirements in both vertical down and all-position welding.All properties can meet or approach the international advanced require ments This article summerizes the research programm, the basic properties and the detecting index of this electrode.The authors consider that this electrode, at the present time, has practical technical and economical meaning if widely used1987,4(4): 1-8参考文献:
