石油保温工程的传热计算

- 虽然传热原理早已发展成一门完善的学科,可参考的书籍很多,但是结合油田的保温讨论传热基本原理的资料还不多见。把传热的基本原理用于油田的管道、罐体等保温工程,将从根本上促进节能工作。本文从介绍传热过程的基本概念入手,建立一般的导热微分方程和热对流的基本公式,再据此导出油田常用保温装置的传热公式和讨论一些油田保温工程的具体问题。
Although the heat transsion principle has developed to formed a per-fect branch of learning, and there are a lot o1` books for reference too, but there is very few information about basic principles of heat transmis-soon engineering applied in oil field. Applying the basic heat transmission principles to the thermal insula-tion' of pipelines, tanks in oil field will promote the energy-saving work substancially.Begining’vv,ith the' basic conception of heat transmission process a normal differential equation and the basic formular ofheat convection are set up. Furthermore the heat transmission formular applied to thermal insulation apparatus used in oil field is derived from it.
