企业闲置设备的管理与经济效益问题的探讨

- 企业经济效益与设备管理水平关系很大。什么是企业闲置设备?其数量以多少为宜?如何确定其合理数量?企业如何实现闲置设备的持续综合利用?本文均作了详细阐述,同时提出企业合理的闲置设备率极限值为1.87～2.24%,把一般大中型企业的闲置设备率持续控制在2%以下是当前企业设备管理的一大课题。笔者认为,对企业闲置设备应采取“宏观控制、微观下放、分权分益、指标考核”的管理方法。
Equipment management level is of vital importance to the economicalbenifits in an enterprise .What is the idle equipment? How many arethe reasonable idle equipments? How are the idle equipments used cotinually? The author gives a detai!answer for above questions and putforward a reasonable limit value of idle equipment rate for 1.87.-2.24%.It is the main subject for large and medium enterprises to maintainthe idle equipment rate to 2% or below.The author considers that theidle equipment management methods, such as“macroscopic controlling”‘m icrocosm is transfer pow er to lower level”，“dividing right”，assessing”.should be adopted.1987,3(3): 21-24
