- 随着我国石油工业的迅速发展,储存原油的主要设备——浮顶油罐日益大型化。为了尽快增强我国建造大型储罐的能力,引进了国外先进的建造技术。通过工程实践,对比国内外施工方法,取长补短,培养和锻炼了我们的技术队伍;在积极吸收消化国外技术的同时,结合国情提高我国的技术水平,为形成我国建造大型浮顶罐的技术优势、以独特的技术风格走向国际石油工程界迈出了一步。本文结合10万 m3浮顶罐工程实践,介绍大罐底板、浮顶、壁板等关键部位的施工技术经验以及附件安装、自动焊接技术要领。
The floating roof tanks which are the main storage facilities arebecoming Larger and larger with the quick devolopement of China'spetroleum industry. The advanced technology of building oil tank hasbeen introduced from abroad in order to strenghthen the ability of buildingoil tanks in Chian. Absorbi ng a nd understanding the outside advanced technology a nd combining the conditions of our country，the Chinese technicianshave been training and temping through construction practice and m ethod comparision .The first step towards the advanced level of international petroleum industry and occupying a technical dominant position with our Country' s ow n style for building large floating root tanks has been made. In this article‘the building technology of floor plate, floating roof, wall plate and attachments installation, automatic welding a re introauced.1987,3(3): 4-10
