发展我国组装模块化施工技术的基本构思

摘要:: 油田地面建设施工几十年来都是以现场露天作业为主,国外从五十年代开始搞组装化,继而模块化,大大缩短了建设工期。如何结合我国国情实现组装模块化是值得我们研究的课题。笔者认为:可在石油系统内通过一体化即在目标、模数、标准、运输吊装设备、信息情报五统一的基础上加强综合运筹协调,以加快实施步伐。根据预制的特点,笔者提出把模块分成 Y 与 F 两个系列和实现组装模块化应具有由三个工厂化生产基地组成的预制系统的设想。
A open air construction m ethod for surface facilities of oil field has gone on for 50 years in China.Since 50's prefabricating construc- tion has appeared followed by modularized construction which ca n short the construction period greatly abroad.This is a valuable subject to realize the modularized construction in China。The author considers: 5 integrarions of target, module, standard, trans- portation and crane, and information sould be taken through strengh- thening com prehensive operation reseach in order to speed up the research step for modularized construction .Based on the’prefabrication characteris- tics, the author suggests to divide the module system into Y and F series and set up prefabrication system including 3 plant-scale module production basis.
