- 本文介绍了Dg700/500 Pg 7 /10D N 3型两用管道封堵器，既可在φ720管道上封堵，又可在φ529管道上封堵，使用安全可靠。该封堵器是由D g700Pg 7 D N 2型管道封堵器改造而成:1.对Dg300 Pg50法兰短接总成的改造，将法兰短接的外接鞍形件做成两种规格，该总成的其它部件与外形尺寸完全通用〕2.对挡板装置的改造，这是改造的关键。将档板装置中主要承载构件—砒板下邵去掉一段(称之为砥块)，并倒装在砥板的上部。使之适应安装Dg500的档板，满足在φ529管道中的封堵要求。如果要在中φ720管道中封堵，卸下砥块正装在砥板的下部即可。3.另配备一个D g50 0密封囊。
Type Dg200 /500 Pg7/10DN3 dual-purpos e pipeline plug is introduced in this article.It can be used for p1ugging φ72m m and φ629m m pipes safely and reliably.The p1ug is a modification of type Dg 700 pg7 DN2 pipeline p1ug, 1.Reform the Dg 300 Pg50 assembly of flange nipple, and separate the extermal saddle-shape joi nted parts of the flange nipple as two types，the other parts of the assembly and its ex-ternal dimension being the same; 2. Reform the baffle structure-akey modification,cut of f a secti on below the support p1ate-the major bearing member of baff1e (ca-lled "support b1ock") and mount the b1ock up side down at a point A on t he supportplate, and sui table fit to the Dg500 baffle, in order to satisfy the plugging opera-tion for φ52g pipes。If the p1ug is used for p1ugging φ720 pipes，the s uppor tb1 ockcan be disassembled and re-mounted on the bottom of the support p1ate, 3.
