超声波探伤仪斜探头的磨制与修复

- 以往在管焊缝探伤中,工作人员是直接将探头的底平面磨成与所测管件曲率相同的圆弧。这样不仅损伤探头,也严重影响了探头的正常工作状态,造成探测误差。本文作者通过实践摸索出一套磨制探头的新方法:把一块有机玻璃和探头底平面抛光,然后将有机玻璃用“502”胶粘干探头上,以所需探伤的管件曲率为准在细砂纸上磨制,直至与管件的曲面吻合。这样磨制的探头,不仅保证了探伤结果的准确性,同时也大大延长了探头的使用寿命。关于磨损探头的修复,作者也介绍了一套方法,该方法简便易行,修复后的探头各项指标匀较好。
In t he prast,bottom surface of the transducer was usually ground to an arc, the curature of which was the same as that of the measured pipe in the dectetion. This not only damages the transducer but also i nfl uenes it normal operati on leading e rr- or s in detecti ng. Through practi ce experi ence, a new approach for gri ndi ng transducer has beenfound by the author,that i s pol i sh a pi ece of p1 exi g1 ass and bot t om sur face of thetransducer,and then adhere the piece of plexiglass to the surface of the transducerw i t h rmdel-502 glue .After that,gri nd t hem wi t h a pi ece of f ine sand-paper sothat the curvature of the plexiglass on the transducer is in consistent with that oftne measured pipe. Such processed transducer not only assures the accuracy in detecting but also prolongs its service life. A repairing method for the transducer is also proposed by the author in the paper .The method is very easy and si mpl e, transducers after repairing have also good performance.1987,2(2): 33-35参考文献:
